HOW DO I GET MY LOVED ONE OUT OF JAIL?
Contact the county jail and ask if / when you can post their bond (under certain circumstances bond will need to be posted at the police department that made the arrest). If there is a "hold", the bond is too high, or you have questions, contact us and we will begin working on their release immediately.
THE OFFICER TOOK MY LICENSE - HOW DO I GET IT BACK?
It is important to have a form of ID. Until you are suspended you can go to the BMV and request a replacement licence or request one online.
AM I GOING TO JAIL OR PRISON?
Unless someone was killed, seriously injured, or you have multiple prior drunk driving convictions, the answer is typically no.
