Paul Stracci is a uniquely experienced, life-long, trial lawyer. He successfully defended his first murder case, resulting in a not guilty verdict, a mere ten months after being admitted to the practice of law. Since that time, Paul has defended clients from all walks of life who have been charged with a broad variety of State and Federal criminal offenses, in a number of jurisdictions, throughout Northwest Indiana and the country. These cases range from prominent, high-profile, and complex felony charges to every day drunk driving and misdemeanor offenses that never make the newspapers.

 

Over the years, Paul created a bond with his clients, and they began asking him to handle all of their legal matters. Not wanting to be a “jack of all trades” (and master of none), Paul chose to expand to a practice area that would have the largest impact on his clients’ lives. Paul saw the fight injured clients faced against giant insurance companies much like the fight to defend his clients’ constitutional rights against the state or federal governments, and he decided to expand his practice areas to injury law.
